Estimates and consultations are free of charge with no obligation.

You are more than welcome to have more than one consultation per occasion.

Weddings - A £50 booking fee is required to confirm a booking. If the booking fee isn't paid within 14 days of the estimate being agreed upon another booking can be taken from another person.

Quotes can change depending on your final decision.

It is your responsibility to check details on the final invoice ensuring all information is correct.

Weddings - Invoice is submitted 28 days priorto the wedding date.
Other Occasions - Invoice submitted once deposit is received.

Occasions not includinng weddings - A 20% deposit will be required on all bookings.

Payment will be required: Weddings - In full 14 days prior to the wedding date.
Booking fee will be deducted from final invoice.
Other occasions - In full when delivery is made.

In the event of a cancellation the booking fee will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made at short notice (depending on the occasion) cancellation fee will be applied.

Vanilla Petals are committed to supplying the designs decided upon as accurately as possible.

Colours of flowers and balloons will be matched as closely as possible and any major problems regarding availability will be discussed with you prior to the occasion.

If you are not fully satisfied with the product and / or service please notify Vanilla Petals at the time of receipt or within 1 working day.
